Do you offer a next-day service?
Yes, we do! If you place your order before 2:00 PM and it’s not a particularly large order, we can usually have it ready for dispatch the same day. To ensure next-day delivery, please select the Special Delivery Next Day option at checkout.

If you need guaranteed Saturday delivery, make sure to choose the Saturday option—not the standard Monday–Friday service—otherwise your parcel may not arrive until Monday.

If your order is especially urgent, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

Planning an event in Ireland (e.g., a birthday or hen night)?
If you’re ordering from or shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI), we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to avoid the need for costly courier options.


Can we mix badge sizes?
Absolutely! In fact, one of our favourite ways to make the hen, stag, or birthday guest of honour stand out is to give them a larger badge than the rest of the group.


What payment options do you accept?
We accept:

  • Credit card (securely processed via PayPal or Square)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Please note: if you choose Bank Transfer, your order will not be started until payment is received. Transfers from major banks are usually fast, but others may take a bit longer. You can also call us to make a payment by phone if you’re not ordering online.


How long does my order usually take?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day they’re received, provided they arrive before our cut-off time (around 3:00 PM). We typically ship via First Class post.

If you need guaranteed next-day delivery, make sure to select the appropriate Guaranteed service during checkout.


I’m in Ireland – how quickly can you deliver?
For Northern Ireland, next-day delivery is possible via Royal Mail’s guaranteed service.

For the Republic of Ireland, standard airmail can take up to 10 days. However, if timing is tight, we can often arrange express courier delivery—typically within 48–72 hours—depending on when you place your order.


Can we choose any colour ribbon for our rosettes?
Yes, you can choose from any of our standard ribbon colours for both the rosette layers and tails. A selection of ribbon colours is displayed on our website.


Do we need to edit our photo before submitting it for a photo badge?
No need—we’ll clean up the image to make it suitable for your badge. Just ensure you have permission to use the photo, image, or logo in line with our Terms & Conditions.


Can we speak to someone about our order?
Yes, you can call us for advice at any time. We’re usually available most evenings and weekends too.


Can I design my badge online?
You can choose your badge style, customise the text, and preview colour changes on our site. While we don’t currently offer full online badge design tools, we’re happy to email a visual mock-up of your design upon request.


I can’t see the design I want—what should I do?
Just complete our enquiry form, and we’ll send you a quote. This won’t cause a delay—we usually respond within 12 hours. Once you approve and pay, our standard delivery times apply.


I like a design, but I want to change it—can I do that?
Of course! For small changes like wording or colours, just order online and leave your request in the “Additional Comments” box. For more complex customisations, it’s best to email or call us. Either way, it’s usually no problem.


Can you add a photo to a sash?
We can’t print full photos on sashes, but we can convert your image into a simple line drawing and add that instead.


Is there a text limit for sashes or badges?
No, we don’t charge by the letter. However, space is limited—more text means smaller font size. The price remains the same regardless of how much text you use.


Can you add a logo to a sash?
Yes, as long as you have permission to use the logo. Just send it with your order. Please note that sashes can only be printed in single colours.


Do you offer faster delivery to countries outside the UK?
Yes! While standard delivery to destinations like the Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe is via Airmail, we also work with couriers like FedEx, UPS, and DPD to offer faster options at competitive rates.
