Delivery, Production & Turnaround Times

This page explains how long personalisation takes, delivery options and what to expect once your order is placed.

How long personalisation takes

• For small orders where all information is provided and no proofs are required, orders received before 12 noon (Monday–Friday) can often be dispatched the same day, subject to production workload.
• If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us before placing the order so we can confirm availability.

Same-day / next-day options

• We primarily dispatch orders by Royal Mail, so same-day delivery is not available unless you are collecting locally from the Manchester area.
• For orders of fewer than 25 items placed early in the day, next-day delivery to the UK mainland is usually possible (excluding certain Highland and Island postcodes).

Cut-off times

• Our preferred order cut-off time is 12 noon.
• Small orders received after this time may still be dispatched the same day where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery methods

• Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 24, which is not a guaranteed service but provides proof of delivery and is similar to First Class post.
• Larger orders may be upgraded to a tracked 24-hour service at our discretion.
• Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm is available via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

  UK-only or international shipping.

• To avoid VAT, duty and tariff complications, we generally ship within the UK only.
• In limited cases where international shipping is arranged, orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
