Production Times

Most small personalised orders can be produced very quickly.

If your order is received before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday), all personalisation details have been supplied, and no artwork approval is required, we can often manufacture and dispatch it the same working day, depending on our current workload.

If you have a tight deadline, we strongly recommend contacting us before ordering so we can confirm whether your required dispatch date is achievable.

Fast Turnaround & Urgent Orders

As we use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, same-day delivery is only available if you are collecting your order in person from our Manchester premises.

For most UK mainland destinations, orders of fewer than 25 items placed early in the working day can usually be delivered on the next working day. Please note that some Highland, Island and remote postcode areas may take longer.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our preferred daily cut-off for same-day dispatch is 12:00 noon.

Orders received later in the day may still be processed and dispatched if production capacity allows, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Services

Our standard postal service is Royal Mail 24.

While this is not a guaranteed next-day service, it includes delivery confirmation and typically offers delivery times comparable to First Class post.

For larger orders, we may upgrade your shipment to a tracked 24-hour service at no additional cost where appropriate.

If you require a guaranteed delivery by 1:00 pm on the next working day, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery as an optional upgrade.

UK & International Delivery

We normally supply customers within the United Kingdom only.

To avoid delays, customs charges, import duties and other international shipping complications, overseas orders are generally not accepted.

Where we do agree to ship internationally, orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes or handling charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
