All products are made to order. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Delivery times depend on the service selected.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
1. Order Processing & Availability
All items are produced to order unless otherwise stated. While we hold a wide range of materials, there may occasionally be circumstances where a specific component is temporarily unavailable.
If this happens, we will contact you by email or telephone and offer the following options:
- Substitute the item with an alternative
- Cancel the order in full at no charge
- Delay the order until all items are available
No order will proceed without your agreement.
2. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective, it may be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.
Personalised Items
As our products are made to order, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Any request for a refund must be made within 21 days of the invoice date.
Discretionary Refunds
Except where stated above, refunds are issued at the discretion of management. Returned goods must be in good condition and returned at the customer’s expense. Postage costs are non-refundable. Returns must be agreed with us in advance.
3. Artwork, Proofs & Errors
If a proof or artwork preview is supplied for approval and accepted by you (either electronically or in hard copy), responsibility for any errors passes to the customer at that point.
Errors that are proven to be our responsibility will be corrected free of charge.
4. Copyrighted Images & Content
If an order is cancelled because uploaded images or text infringe copyright or trademark laws, a refund will be issued where applicable.
Please note: payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
5. Delivery & Shipping
UK Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are based on Royal Mail First Class delivery within the UK. Guaranteed delivery services are available at checkout for an additional charge.
If you do not select a guaranteed delivery option, we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery.
For higher-value orders, we may upgrade delivery to tracked or courier services at no additional cost to you.
Guaranteed Delivery
Guaranteed delivery services are available for most UK mainland addresses (Monday–Saturday). This service is not available for some areas including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Affected postcodes are available on request.
International Delivery
International orders are normally dispatched using a tracked or signed-for service. Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 5–7 working days
- Outside Europe: 7–10 working days
These times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Courier services can be arranged on request.
Lost Deliveries
If a delivery is confirmed as lost by the carrier, you will be entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control, and we do not accept claims for consequential loss.
6. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
7. Payments
Online payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Square or PayPal.
If an order is shipped prior to payment by prior agreement, payment must be made upon receipt. Payments outstanding after 15 days may incur a late payment charge of £20.
8. Product Use & Safety
We make no claims regarding the suitability of our products for any specific purpose and accept no liability arising from their use.
All badges and rosettes are supplied with metal safety pin fastenings as standard. If a product is intended for a child under the age of three, please notify us so we can supply an alternative plastic safety fastening.
Colour reproduction may vary, and we cannot guarantee exact Pantone colour matching on small orders.
9. Personalisation, Copyright & Indemnity
We do not reproduce trademarked text, logos or copyrighted images without permission.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any text, images, logos or photographs supplied are free from copyright or trademark restrictions, or that appropriate permission has been obtained.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use any supplied content and agree to indemnify us against any legal action, costs or claims arising from its use.
We reserve the right to request proof of permission where necessary and to cancel orders if sufficient assurance cannot be provided.
10. Images & Artwork Supplied by Customers
When supplying photographs or artwork, please provide the highest possible resolution and avoid tightly cropped images.
Unless advised otherwise, all content supplied will be assumed to have appropriate permissions. Any legal challenge arising from the use of supplied content will be the responsibility of the customer, including associated legal costs.
